What Are Sessions Like?

Sessions are all-level informal experiences combining asana, pranayama, meditation, mindfulness, and philosophy designed to deliver you time and opportunity to reconnect, explore, play, mend, and dive in. We flow along the balance of communal momentum and support, and radical individuality. Instruction is always an invitation - feel free to go along with the guided ride or, if you feel compelled, do your own thing (so long as you’re respectful to your neighbors).
